Hollywood is about 10 minutes away of Fort Lauderdale and offers a life nice and very appreciated by our Canadian neighbors. You can eat in the open air at the edge of the ocean or go for a getaway in the mangrove by canoe, on foot or bike to appreciate the natural environment and to observe the birds. Hollywood offers a seaside restaurants, bars and small shops. You can rent bicycles there to go along the bike path that borders the beaches. Hollywood Boulevard is a long avenue lined with restaurants offering international cuisine (French, Thai, Indonesian, American, Italian ...), bars, ice cream parlors, small shops and a small cinema projecting independent films. At the end of this avenue a large park organizes Friday afternoons entertainment for children. In the evening it becomes an outdoor cinema. Hollywood represents a very attractive real estate market.
