Valerie Benarous Outmezguine

Valerie Benarous Outmezguine was born in Israel and has traveled extensively by personal and professional choice. She has lived in Tel Aviv, Marseille, Paris, New York and has chosen to settle in Miami since 2016 where she offers her professionalism to help her investors but also to all those who want to realize their dreams and settle in Florida.

She started in real estate by making personal investments with her husband in multi-family. This consisted of purchasing residential or commercial properties that they both renovated in order to create leverage to optimize profitability with active rental management. Later, based on her personal experience, she made investments for private investors.

After a few years as a Realtor®, she became a Broker and created her own real estate agency Miami Dream Real Estate.

Valerie will answer all your questions, stand by your side during the whole real estate transaction, represent you and defend your interests whether it is for an investment or immigration.

Marc Benarous

Marc Benarous is a business school graduate and an entrepreneur from Paris. After a world tour, he lived in London and worked internationally for over 10 years.

In 2005, he created his Asset Management company Sélection Immobilière where he advises and supports developers, family offices, private and institutional investors, hoteliers and merchants in their real estate projects. The total of the treated subjects exceeds 500 million Euros for more than 100 000 m². Its expertise covers residential, commercial, office, report buildings, hotels and land for construction.

In 2016 he arrived on the Miami market as an investor and very quickly made his 18 years of knowledge and experience available to his clients to invest in Florida and manage their properties.
